You are right.  We have seen people charging upwards of +10k to set up your store.  Even some seem "reasonable" to set it up for 5k but then require you to have 50k ready to invest.  I'm proud to say this is not us!  We make money as you make money.  Our Enrollment/Set Up cost range between $0 - $100, depending on what Tier you join, and it's a one-time fee.  You need the money to buy inventory, not to line our pockets with outrageous start up costs and requirements.

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. 

We only support Amazon FBA at this time.

No shipping is done since we have everything on hand or on order to us.  You purchase through us and then sit back and let us do the work.  

Yes!  We have different Tiers of plans to be able to support the most seasoned sellers to those just beginning.  You have the same access to product with great pricing.  This separates us from the rest of the pack.  Hey, everyone is new at one time so let us help you jump start.

All cases and actions initiated by Amazon are the responsibility of the seller (you).  We will be there to assist with anything you we can though so you are not alone.

Yes and No.  We have 3 plans to help cater to sellers of all sizes and how much support they want.  Some plans have a small monthly fee and others don't.  Likewise with a length of service commitment.  Based on what plan you choose determines if its a 6 month commitment or a pay-as-you-go situation.  We like options and I'm sure you do as well.

We can not guarantee your results but our track record is excellent in helping Amazon sellers make money.  We can't control things like: price fluctuations, returns, damage by customers and lost shipments to name a few.  The majority of items we make available are proven items to minimize some of the things mentioned.

There are 3 Tiers.  Tier 1 is leaving nearly all of your account in our hands (from purchasing, listing, prep, etc).  You are more of a CFO role.  Things move fast for Tier 1 clients. Tier 2 and Tier 3, we are both more involved in your account.  You will have more to administer and sign-off on to make things go.  Waiting for reply's back and forth can sometimes add hours to days on the timing of things getting done.  It would still be faster than doing everything on your own though!

No.  To keep costs fair for everyone we do everything in-house.  If there is a situation you want to present to us, we will listen and make one-off decisions if we deem they are reasonable.

We are located in Oregon.  Oregon is a sales-tax-free state.  By being in Oregon we can eliminate sales-tax as an expense you need to plan for.  Plus that includes not being charged sales tax for any expenses or invoices you need to pay!  Some states are already over 10% sales tax...yikes!  Don't pay that, use us instead.

We don't believe in hidden print, details and fees.  Here are a few things to mention though: 1. All sales are Final.  Wether that is an authorized purchase for you, enrollment fee or monthly fees--it is not refundable.  So with product, make sure you are ungated, hazmat approved and authorized, if any of these apply.  If something goes wrong or a mistake is made we may be able to offer the product back out for someone else to buy from you but we can't promise you will get it back dollar for dollar.  2. We can not guarantee results. If you do the work though it will minimize the risk.  3. Your amazon account is just that, Yours.  You will need to work with them on any cases or actions but we will be there to help as best as we can.
