We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.  You are auto-charged at the time of service.  A form of payment is required to be on file.  If you do not want a form of payment on file then you are subject to a invoicing fee and outbound boxes held until invoice is paid.

Times can vary.  Typical it's 24-72 hours though.  If prep extends past a week we discount the invoice 5%.   There are some exceptions like weather, requesting to wait for orders, requesting to wait for larger batch, Q4, you are brand/category restricted...to name a few.  The more you send to us though, the faster it will get back out.  Keep us busy and we'll push it out FAST!

Email and text. We are testing Slack and other instant messaging systems for future use too. 

Several options for you.  You can complete it on a shared sheet, create a batch with the items in SC, create a buy list in Inventory Lab or we are open to a form or software you may be using (check with us first for approval of that method).  

Possibly but not always.  Depending on your monthly volume of units we prep will determine the fee, if any.  Review the pricing sheet earlier on this page under "Monthly Fees"

We send out a notice that comes through as a calendar invite.  It may come a couple days prior or the morning of the same day.  There is nothing you need to do, it's just so you are aware.

Click the Enroll button above and pay the first month of $55.  If you want to do a Rate Buy Down and you are not a current client then you will have that option when you enroll.  You will instantly be sent a welcome email with next steps.  Complete the onboarding and you are set!  You could be ready to go within minutes and get the All Clear message that we are ready for your orders!  If you are a current client then click which Rate Buy Down you want and proceed.
